With more than 20 years of experience in the building industry, Steve has dedicated his career to helping families bring their vision to life through thoughtful planning, quality craftsmanship, and honest communication.

His experience spans every stage of the homebuilding process—from sales and purchasing to project management, customer service, land acquisition, and land development. That well-rounded background gives him a unique understanding of what it takes to deliver a successful project, from the first conversation to the final walkthrough.

Throughout his career, Steve has led teams, managed complex residential projects, and built lasting relationships founded on trust and transparency. His hands-on approach and commitment to doing things the right way are the foundation of TRUE BUILD.

Beyond the jobsite, Steve has remained deeply involved in the building industry and the Northern Nevada community. He currently serves on the Nevada Home Builders Association (NVHBA) and is a past President of the Builders Association of Northern Nevada (BANN). He has also served on several HOA and LMA boards, helping shape and strengthen the communities he calls home.
